Rates and Insurance

My sessions are 50 minutes and $250 for individuals, $300 for couples. Extended sessions are available and prorated accordingly. I accept payment via Venmo, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

I am a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance directly. Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I'd recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you notify me at least 24 hours beforehand. If you do not show up for your session or if you cancel without 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
