Rates and Insurance

My sessions are 50 minutes and $225. Extended sessions are available and prorated accordingly. I accept payment via Venmo, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

For coaching clients, or those residing outside of Florida, payment is due out of pocket at the time of service. Coaching is not a covered insurance benefit, so this keeps things simple and straightforward on your end.

I am in-network with several major insurance providers, including Aetna, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Providence Health Plan, and United Healthcare (Optum). 

If you don't see your plan listed, you may still be able to work together! Many out-of-network plans offer reimbursement for therapy services, and I'm happy to provide the documentation you need to submit a claim. I'd recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you notify me at least 24 hours beforehand. If you do not show up for your session or if you cancel without 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
